Deposits, revisions, timelines & ownership — exactly how a project works before you commit to anything.
Deposits
A 50% deposit reserves your spot and starts the build. The remaining 50% is due at launch, before the site goes live — you'll see and approve everything first. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, since that time is reserved for your project alone.
Revisions
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions after the first draft — plenty of room to fine-tune copy, layout, and design. Additional rounds beyond that are billed at a flat rate per round, quoted before any extra work starts.
Timelines
Most sites launch in 1–3 weeks from kickoff, depending on package and how quickly content/photos come in from your end. Priority Maintenance clients get priority turnaround on ongoing requests. Delays in providing content push the timeline back day-for-day.
Ownership
Once the final invoice is paid, the site, its content, and the domain (if purchased through us) are 100% yours — no lock-in, no held-hostage hosting. We keep the right to feature the finished project in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
